    We accept all major credit and debit/check cards including Discover Card, Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. You must provide your exact billing address, which your card bank has on file. Incorrect information may cause delays in processing of your order. We also accept PayPal. Our online ordering system will give you these payment options during your order checkout.

    Your shopping experience is 100% secure! Our websites use SSL encryption, the highest level of security encryption currently available for secure transactions.     Triffen, LLC will appear next to the charge on your on your bank or credit card statement. We will only contact you if there is a problem with your order that we cannot solve internally. If we do contact you, we will identify ourselves as Triffen, LLC. All correspondence will be directly with you only.

  4. What is your shipping policy?
    We ship to all U.S. States and Territories. We also ship to residential and commercial addresses, P.O. Boxes, APO's, FPO's, and AEO's. (Some restrictions apply)

  5. What is on the package when it arrives at my door?
    Our products are shipped in a plain, brown box or envelope postmarked Triffen, LLC with only our P.O. Box address on the mailing label. Only you will know what is in the package!

  6. How soon can I expect to see my order?
    Normal domestic delivery takes anywhere from 5 to 7 business days and 2 to 4 business days for Express Delivery.

  7. Can I return my order?
    We put our customers safety above all else. Because of health concerns, ALL SALES ARE FINAL ONCE THEY LEAVE OUR WAREHOUSE. Upon receipt of your package, please check the items to ensure everything is functioning as it should. We will exchange DEFECTIVE ITEMS ONLY. Please see "How to Return an Item ". Items returned without original packaging will not be accepted.

  8. Do you have a price match guarantee?
    We surely do! If you see the same item priced lower at another Web site, send us the product link and we'll match the sale price and give you additional 10% discount for your loyalty.

  9. Do you charge sales tax?
    Yes, but only on orders with deliveries to Nevada. The Sales Tax for shipments to Nevada is automatically calculated and applied during the order checkout. All other states and international orders are sales tax exempt!
