That's right, ALL ORDERS OVER $50.00 Ship FREE!! Shipping for orders up to $50.00 is only $7.95. Outsized and heavy furniture ships at regular shipping rates.

Return Policy

We at the Fetish Garden are committed to offering only the highest quality products we can find. Occasionally an item will be defective or damaged during shipping. If you receive such an item we will exchange or replace it for you. (See "How to Return an Item"). Returned items must include all original contents, packaging, packing slip and invoice. Please test your mechanical or battery operated items promptly to ensure they are functioning properly

Unless defective, any item that has been opened or removed from the original packaging cannot be returned due to health concerns. Please order carefully. Because of the nature of the items we sell, we cannot accept used items for return. Once an item has been opened or removed from the original packaging we must consider it used.


Clothing (such as dresses, shirts, skirts) may be exchanged for correct size. (See "How to Return an Item")

How to Return an Item

All returns must be authorized and issued an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. Prior to returning any defective or damaged product please email us at returns@thefetishgarden.com with RETURN in the subject line. Please include your order ID number, name and address and a brief explanation of the reason for your return. You will be emailed the RMA number along with specific instructions on how to return the item.

  • All defective or damaged items must be returned within 7 days of receipt for exchange or credit.
  • Returned items must include all original contents, packaging, packing slip and invoice. Please include a brief note explaining the reason for the return.
  • You are responsible for the shipping costs to return the merchandise. If the item is defective we will reimburse you for the shipping cost, just include a copy of the shipping bill.
  • Please allow up to 3 weeks to receive your replacement.
  • Obtain a tracking number from a shipping carrier when returning an item. We are not responsible for returns lost in transit.
